A Santa Clara County with access to culturally relevant supports rooted in lived experience, where community can develop their leadership, build healthy relationships & heal.
We wholeheartedly believe that in order to know where you are going, you must know where you have come from.
At Concrete Rose Coalition, we focus on culturally rooted healing for system-involved and system-impacted individuals and families, especially at the point of re-entry or reunification.

Through cultural education, evidence-based practices, and critical consciousness, we know we can break generational traumas and build stronger foundations. While staying community-focused, we provide restorative justice circles, culturally focused cohorts, credible messenger mentorship, strengthened communication and other necessary, self-determined life skills.
